Distance-10km Time- 4 to 5 Hours Elevation-1003 m ascent and 10 m descent
Day 2: Jele Dzong to Jangchulakha

Day 3: Jangchulakha to Jimilangtsho Lake
Distance-11km Time- 4 to 5 Hours Elevation- 400m ascent and 300m descent
Day 4: Jimilangtsho via Janetsho Lake to Simkota
Distance-11km Time- 4 Hours Elevation- 270m ascent
Day 5: Simkota via Phajodhing to Thimphu city

Is any Preparation needed before trekking?
Though previous experience is not mandatory some training would help a lot to build stamina and confidence in trekking and camping in the wild. Participants should start jogging, cycling etc about a couple of months ahead of the trip.
